Evening all. Bad pain day today. A day to endure rather than try to enjoy. Still, it's the first truly bad day in a while. Quite an experience to cope with AuDHD Bipolar Schizo-Affective. I was honestly kinda ok until Fibromyalgia & possible ME arrived. Also alcoholism which is entirely my own fault

Afternoon all. Bad day today for Fibromyalgia pain. I'm not feeling very "Good News". No painkillers I've tried yet are effective. It's as though my body adapts to them very quickly. I can't try anything different right now as I'm still on a slow alcohol detox. I may try using a TENS machine for it.
