Yeah a member of my family had exactly the same challenges, in the end they went private to avoid the kafkaesque situation. Then the NHS made it hard for them to get their private prescriptions dispensed. Wankers.

It does seem to bring in new fans, which is fair enough. My disappoint is that they could have achieved the same by making more of T20, like the rest of cricket.
