Wish I could post more happy things, but am def in a down dip right now. Depression lows, anxiety highs, always stressed. Trying to make time to find little joyful things, but I'm so exhausted all the time these days. Knowing these feels are temporary doesn't help with the now. Or sleep. e.e;
