Perhaps underneath, it is really the centrist theorist who agree almost completely with the right-wing bigots. But they need the cover of this is just a practical suggestion about what other people (accoring to random poll paid for by Third Way here) want. But what if... the centrists are bigots?

Restructure the court. Go to 13 seats (to correspond to number of circuits.) Go to term limits. Retroactively if possible. Investigate and if appropriate prosecute/disbar justices who have been on the take. Establish strict enforceable ethical guidelines for the court. Then move on...
Cold-blooded murder. Everyone giving or carrying out these orders must be prosecuted, full stop. Trump may enjoy executive immunity, his accomplices do not: the depraved disregard for human life exhibited by those perpetrating these murders must not go unpunished.
