Lovely weather for going voting, then ambling into town to find a quiet corner and do some “people” watching.

Did my second module of volunteer training yesterday morning. Lots of important things to try and cram into my old noggin. Brain’s still a bit wobbly.

Better the second time around. What a film!

Sat waiting for The Odyssey to start. Second viewing. It’s that good. Just my own personal opinion of course.

Might need to go and watch The Odyssey another few times. The fact it’s a week long poses a few issues, but bloody nora I can’t stop thinking about it.

Not seeing many other people who didn’t know the odyssey. I’m choosing to blame my shit schooling, rather than me being an uncultured oik.

Best kind of cinema visit. Didn’t have any real expectations, and I’ve left speechless and a bit emotional. Films are the best.

Watched The Odyssey. Spellbinding. Utterly brilliant. Never been happier to be wrong. God, it’s so good.

About wrangled my sleeping pattern back into shape, and by the crin I can’t half tell the difference, much more energy and far less dopey. Admittedly not a high bar, but the fact remains.

Sorta glad the world cup’s over for an old knacker reason - all the late nights were killing me. 👴🏻
