I think I'll have a large, rotating air traffic control tower that smaller ships can dock at right in the center of the hill. Hopefully this turns out to look cool and not absolutely insane.

I had the task of filling out this giant mountain or removing it. I opted to keep it and filled the base with a bustling trade district, and I've also decided to have these cascading, stilted platforms that work as both housing and air docks for the various airships that are coasting the skyline.
