Very mixed feelings about all of this but as someone who’s had a HDB this has gotta be the strangest way to write about this. Objectively terrible way to introduce the gentile world to the concept of a HDB though, no doubt there!!

Pro tip: if someone is jaywalking at night, not only does shining brights illuminate nothing useful for anyone, it also might blind the car ahead of you thereby preventing them from seeing said jaywalking pedestrian at night. And possibly hitting them. Last part did not happen tonight thankfully.

I’ve now had Waymos cut me off in a keep clear, Waymos almost causing accidents through unsafe passing on the right, speed matching preventing passing, and they ALWAYS utilize blinkers seemingly at random during high traffic. Getting the feeling this stuff is getting baked into the programming!
