sure, and i don't think it's really a cause for concern here. i do think it's notable that the collision is a chance direct hit from a lunar landing over 18 months ago that was 1st predicted by an astronomer unaffiliated with SpaceX, i.e. they're not really keeping track of all their stuff out there
but the upper stage in question is not in orbit around the moon, it's in a large, eccentric orbit around the earth. nothing in SpaceX's public-facing statements indicates that this collision was intentional or planned, they just put in a junk orbit www.projectpluto.com/25010d.htm
