I sat on my balls again

Early signs of fog being: * Increased irritability * Worse mental cognition [Word processing, reading comprehension, etc] * Depressive symptoms [Everyone hates me, I fluked on that guy, etc] * Limited to no control over thoughts and they swarm It's been 6 years I should have this down pat!

Finally got a proper read on my fever I get from the fog: I hit about 99f along my spine and head so if I don't immediately start taking meds I feel like my brain is actually cooking 🫠 I need to be more responsive to the early signs of the fog but otherwise I'm healthy I think.

It's takes me so long to finish but it's one of the best feelings honestly. Also works as an adhoc coping mechanism for my brain fog pain. This does mean I jerk like 3 times a day and have been for a while but ya know 🥵❤️‍🩹

If i got lucky and could get an EV I would. I would prefer it's not one of the giant fuck off truck ones but it's literally very obvious where the wind was blowing for years. It's just not possible to really change it out for most is how I see it.

Maybe it's generational but everyone I've talked to around my age is never shocked by any of this. It's just what we've been raised to see and expect. Most go through emotions that are so much worse than being shocked as a result.

Surprised is not it. But I'm always moved beyond words. Like I'm never surprised about another mass shooting. But what I do feel is so much worse. It's more than just horror and disgust. It's every nightmare I had growing up. It's every victim's face I've seen. Every headline. In a flash.
