i won't be able to post the piece i'm working on as the client prefers it private and i'll respect that but they have been the sweetest customer and have fucked super hard with my every idea for their oc akldhfshfs

one of my commission styles has several disclaimers for how many revisions it could take before me and the client reach a piece they like but every so often i hit the concept out of the park on thef irst sketch and the client doesnt want any changes and it feels so good LMAOOO

the best i have to combat this right now is that when i feel like eating (and i'm not hungry) i'm trying to push myself into doing an activity with my hands or something instead

I wish i could reframe my brain to understand eating as more in the 'chore' area of my brain rather than in the 'fun activity' area. which like, not that i don't want to enjoy eating it's just. the way my brain is configured right now i seek food for dopamine clearly

however i get stressed for a minute and my brain is like. Y es we need 1 twix 2 snickers 3 donuts and a pint of ice cream NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am really bad at doing things in like... mediation i guess, when it comes to food. and i am trying really hard to work on it. cutting out all sweets is stupid and useless so i just need to have a more balanced diet
