It is not legal to own. When people post videos like this, they are flaunting that they either have a license and operating a shelter or conservation activity, or flaunting that they are blatantly violating the law.

So US Sen B Moreno had no problem with US Rep Max Miller abusing his daughter and granddaughter for years, and now he says something when it becomes public.What a profile in a lack of courage. But sure he’ll fight for his constituents, just not his own family when it might hurt the chances of MAGA.
Bernie needs help too. He's never learned to use respectful language when addressing people he's upset with. Using profane language in a Senate hearing is not okay...voters didn't vote for someone who needs a bar of soap shoved into his filthy mouth. So, Bernie, get help for YOUR anger issues.

I guess the pressure that he step up and speak out just grew increasingly tough to ignore. It's difficult to get a Republican to do the right thing even when their own family is at risk. But if they feel enough public embarrassment, I guess they can cave.
