One of my neurological disorders makes it so my body doesn't respond to heat properly. I don't sweat or release heat the same way a normal body does... and it's 100F due to humidity. 😭 My muscles feel so weak and I've got cramps in my sides. I'm drinking and trying to stay cool, but this sucks.
