Ugh, I see why I always hate these quizzes. The first question, about whether I would increase the police force, depends on (1) how many police are there now? (2) are crimes a problem for the community? (3) what is the record of _this_ police force on respecting peoples' rights?

I can't be bothered to look into the context too much here, but I gather that Wurman is using "culture" here to broadly and permanently condemn large groups of people, and the people so labeled are more often than not non-white.

There is one way to evaluate his proposition that is correct: Evangelical Christian culture is incapable of constitutional self-government, regarding everyone who does not believe their perverse mythology as mortal enemies, and dedicating their lives to forcing their culture on others.
