ok so probably no Celeborn in Rhun, based on the constumes is looks like he somehow intersects with Galadriel and Arondirs adventure? the scenes they showed of him all seemed to be in sorta one place so maybe hes not in it until the latter or half or yknow maybe they just arent showing a lot.
