I work in a care home for the elderly, it was quite shocking to see normally fine people struggling to even walk and nearly falling over because their bodies are struggling to cope... obviously we did our best to keep the residents hydrated but there are limits to what we can do

No, even if we assume that Burnham will introduce things like wealth taxes we will need left-leaning MPs who aren't subject to a Labour whip. Constituencies like mine(Bristol East) are well placed to provide that via the @greenparty.org.uk and @bristolgreenparty.bsky.social
