Respectfully, it's my understanding the TPS is still being litigated and therefore, in place. I've worked in heathcare 40 years. Compliance with HIPAA is non negotiable. That said, I do think there is a case to be made regarding the over exuberance of some rather unsavory participants.

Lived in SF 80-86. My best friend there was a messenger. Some scary stories...hung w Steve and other messengers on many occasions and enjoyed the real camaraderie of the crews. Sadly, Steve was hit and disabled. I have to believe his injuries hastened his early death a few years ago.

The first 10-15 were horrible for me. Kept adjusting my hearing app as the speech was almost impossible for me to decifer. Guess I wasn't olone.
