Role queue is specifically never coming to keep matchmaking times low, to allow players to switch roles mid match, and to allow for off meta team comps, like 3-4 tanks, or triple support and things like that. It’s a give and take but in the long run will be better for the game.

No this is a horrible idea. A refund policy exists for a reason and it’s to protect the consumer. If it’s being abused that should be dealt with, but no. If an indie game needs to refunded the option should be there.

No, their primary business revolves around merchandise such as figures, clothing and now trading cards. It’s sad but physical game sales are a tiny fraction of their revenue stream.
