NEW: Unemployment fell marginally by 20,000 over the last 3 months, but is up 87,000 in the last year. On the wider measure including underemployment, there are now 5.2 million seeking (more) work up 320,000 in the last year. There are 7.32 people seeking work for every vacancy.
