Heads up to Square users: If you missed the email, they are making changes to their Radar protection plan. You will be rolled into a trial version of the starter plan and then charged per transaction. They did not put you in the free plan. You need to manually go to dashboard and change it.

This is on top of the other Square email announcing changes to Radar. Automatically rolling users into a paid per transaction 'protection' that you need to opt out of manually. ರ⁠_⁠ರ

Square just sent me an email saying they have savings accounts and I need to say to everyone do not EVER put your money in something that calls itself a savings account that is not a bank a credit union. You would be amazed at how little protection having a "partner bank" actually affords you.
