So little Tux here has to be in baby jail for kitten crimes. He injured a litter mate attempting to 'nurse' on them. Luckily I caught it early so not to much damage was done and the injured one is on antibiotics to prevent infection from taking hold

I need to find a better position for sitting while im feeding the kittens. Because somehow I have hurt my back/neck from leaning down to feed them 😭 God I know I have chronic health issues but I cannot believe im injuring myself from just leaning over

Good news is this baby does not have a broken arm. bad news is that its an unfused bone that may or may not fuse later. Not causing pain, but could be a lifelong wonky arm. Got antibiotics for the one other baby who has an abscess on their shoulder. But aside from that, they are doing good!

Someone dumped what seems to be several litters of kittens in a warehouse parking lot where my roomate works yesterday. Shelters are all full, so looks like we are fostering. Youngest seems to be a day old, oldest 2 weeks.

uuuuugh not having AC and it being in the high 90s all week is making my 3d printer jam while printing tpu. I didnt have ANY issues printing standard TPU in the winter and spring

ive been pulling my hair out for days trying to figure out why my sewing machine was skipping stitches like crazy. Replaced needles, cleaned the machine, checked timing, fresh oil, new thread, new bobbin....and then it turns out it was being caused by the walking foot. OTL

Ugh, why does the smell of electrical fire stick so badly. Had a pump catch fire in my swamp cooler and my room and hands still reek. Ive washed my hands multiple times and it still stinks (the fire was minor and nothing important was damaged, I noticed it as soon as it happened. Its just stinky)
