My old cat was too smart for his own good and it got so that I had to secretly get the carrier out in another room, swaddle him in a towel and walk towards the carrier in a way so that it wasn't in his line of sight, making sure to shut the door before attempting to put him in there just in case 😅

I think it helps that he's medicated for vets visits now and the new vet is really good with him.

Yeah Bean used to be pretty chill with the fabric one and would even just hang out in it when I left it in the living room sometimes, but eventually he got to fear it. Hopefully we've got a grace period with this new one before he starts associating it with the vets.

The vet recommended replacing my fabric car-carrier with a plastic one, so before his vet visit this morning I have pimped his new ride.
