I did question whether it was worth doing a big announcement at Otakon since it's much less of an industry con these days, but a) I like Otakon and b) this one is a good fit for the Ota crowd!

I've got a HUGE license announcement lined up for Otakon. Looking forward to seeing the reaction because it's something people have been requesting for a while

I always come away from his films with some version of the same opinion: that was a watchable popcorn movie that tries way too hard to be twisty and clever and self-serious without much substance to back it up. Middlebrow is a good word for it too.

I enjoyed the Odyssey well enough as spectacle and thought the way it brought together the sack of Troy with Odysseus's own doubts at the end worked well. But I'm a Nolan hater. I don't think he's made a single movie that I straight-up loved. He's a dumb guy's smart guy.

Hate those ones, stopped accepting them years ago. I'd rather they picked one or two outlets (even if not mine) and gave them a real interview that that same time

Look, I get it for news publications, they're paying journalists to write articles so it's only fair to ask for something in return. But Reddit is just comment threads that users write for free! That Reddit already monetizes with ads!

You used to be able to bypass all of Reddit's login and app upsell walls on mobile by visiting old.reddit.com instead, but now new Reddit AND old Reddit both force you to log in to read on mobile. OK guys, I guess I'll just stop reading Reddit threads on my phone then?
