I can't bump my anti-anxiety meds any higher. The only thing left is hard drugs (prescription) like xanax which I 250% refuse to take because they're crazy addictive. So, I guess I'll just sit here and let my Fitbit think that every day for a few minutes, at random, I go for a real intense jog.
