Argh. So disappointing that ETFO bargaining is stalled. The government is not budging on any items being negotiated locally (eg refusing to follow past practice). This is not setting the stage for a collaborative process at all.

My kid couldn’t leave a stuffed otter at the Mennonite Thrift Shoppe today. Its whiskers had fallen out, and the fabric on its nose was ripped… she knew he had been well-loved and deserved a second chance to be loved. So she bought him for $3 and is sewing a patch on his face.
