Critical Mass gets a bigger police response than these motorcycles. It's insane.

Chicago Police Department is on it with teen takeovers, but nowhere to be seen when hundreds of motorcycles parade down US-41, blocking all lanes, forcing buses to stop for minutes at a time, riding down sidewalks, violating noise ordinance, and generally pissing everyone off.

This is true. While the breadth and volume of their coverage is helpful, the depth is not what it needs to be sometimes. And like all reporters, they drive around town for the most part, and it shows.

What stunned me about this article: not one single mention of a driver facing a consequence for injuring these people intentionally! The blind spots in the media for bad driver behavior are incredible.
