Most of what I've heard is "eat anyway." Eat something every few waking hours to keep your energy up and blood sugar normal rather than starving yourself because you don't have your typical appetite. And if it continues then a dosage change might be in order.

Do they stay purple when cooked? I had some purple bell peppers in a CSA box years ago and I recall they kinda lost their color when cooked.

The positive side of this is that being terminally online does make it easier to expose myself to a much wider variety of faces and bodies, which has been valuable for me to deprogram some of the homogeneity of beauty "standards." But I've had to intentionally seek that out.

Growing up (GenX) we basically only had Hollywood beauty as the metric of unattainable hotness. There were of course hot humans in my local sphere, too, but I wasn't inundated with images of (edited, manipulated, artificially/ surgically enhanced) humans constantly. Maybe why I find normies hot.
