I would love to know what, if any data, they used for comparison between people with these degrees and those people who did not go to college.
How were the groups defined, etc.?
3) what about the way union wages in some trades are going to pull up the national averages?

In short, I do not see a practical or meaningful way to make any meaningful direct comparisons between groups.

And the data collection is going to be interesting, e.g.:
1) what about high school graduates who start college a year or three later?
2) what about any college graduate in graduate school (who usually are scraping by for 2-7 years)?
