The legal system is only expensive if you are trying to do silly things like “protect people’s rights” and “seek justice.” Just locking people up without due process or care is quite cheap and what some of these people actually want.

No, this is very much potato/not-a-potato-at-all. All rhetoric from trans and gender queer people will be used to brand the community as terrorists because fascists think the community is inherently practicing terrorism by simply existing. Your language won’t save you.
