I work in drinking water and environmental cleanup. 100% clear that if we had no environmental regulations every single entity that can pollute would pollute - every day, all the time, on purpose. Yes, some of them pollute now. I cannot express how much worse it would be without regs.

Our coalition of dozens of LGBTQ+, human rights, civil liberties and racial justice groups just sent this letter detailing exactly which issues remain outstanding that MUST be addressed during the conference committee. We also have to make sure the House doesn't push to make the Senate bill worse.
While the Senate version of the legislation is greatly improved, it still requires social media platforms to implement an age assurance system upon the creation of an account. That's unconstitutional, even if people can "opt out." The bills are heading to conference where they can still be fixed.
