Heads up! Trump wants the $1.8 billion really, really bad. His plans for the midterms include a major new INSURRECTION (in effect) -- an expensive action since it involves & requires his favorite militias AND thousands of (amateur) armed fighters. What easier way to assert Martial Law?! IMHO.
