also the fact that for "security reasons" they have to a) reset your password and b) delete your stored payment methods which is great when the new app doesn't have a way to store payment methods (besides trusting google/apple pay)

happening on a weekday in the middle of the commonwealth games is a great joke lmao

it's clear that they're changing supplier for their app and booking engine or whatever and the old one has gone "fine then! i won't play with you any more!" and run off leaving them in the lurch on the contract end date.

can't wait for this shit to fuck up soooo badly, how hard is it to just change an app in place on the play store/app store, even if it's a brand new app underneath
