I've realized that my absolute favorite type of video game is the kind where I alternate between fiddling with a spreadsheet for an hour, and that enables me to absolutely *wreck* the enemies in the rest of the game. Warframe, Final Fantasy Tactics, Caves of Qud, and so forth.

This is not my own original thought, but I can't remember where I saw it: Final Fantasy 7 Remake's soundtrack is like Square-Enix told Uematsu and friends to make some great music in 2016, and then *forgot to tell them to stop.*
