Favorite first watches of July 2026

#SpiderManBrandNewDay. What an emotional roller coaster that was! Destin Daniel Cretton COOKED with possibly the best live action Spider-Man film yet! With jaw dropping action sequences, awesome guest characters, and a powerful story with themes of self care, it’s a brand new day indeed for Spidey!

DAMN IT!!! I really loved this show and was looking forward to another season! This was one of the MCU’s best shows IMO, right up there with Loki, WandaVision, and Agatha All Along. It’s a shame we won’t get another season, but I hope Simon and Trevor return in the MCU soon.

I don't really talk about music a lot, but I decided to make a list of 25 of my favorite albums. It was a bit of a challenge to not include any movie soundtracks and giving myself a "one album per artist" rule. By the way, these are in no particular order.

#AvatarAangTheLastAirbender is a terrific continuation of the legendary series! With its stunning visuals and jaw dropping action, it should’ve went to theaters! It was a really fun time to experience another adventure with Team Avatar. A strong start for Avatar Studios that deserved so much better.
