Similar experience and the guy said ”so you would want to tattoo stuff like THIS” and I’m like yeah. And they told me there’s no market for it and I just walked out muttering about hiw people already have my art tattooed, my bitter ass. I’m too antisocial to have a body work job anyway, commendable

Werk I’m rocking a cheap ass epson expression rn and it actually makes good prints but yeah same problem- it stopped “recognizing” aftermarket ink and the brand name ink is just so pricy. I also have an XL epson flatbed scanner I got used and I love that thing <3

It’s this or buy a cheap ass giant xerox machine from the e waste center but since I’m really not machine/tech minded, I think I’d rather buy a new model with a warranty. please if anyone has a brother machine like this at home or work let me know how it performs!!

I know the ink is so cheap and it can print full color so well, but does it print double sided pdfs well? I really need crispy zine guts that will alias the whole zine from one pdf and won’t paper jam or bleed thru, which is why I’m kinda leaning towards laser
