The state legislature had 120 days to fix Pennsylvania's unconstitutional felony murder sentencing scheme. So far, they haven't done it. Each side holds up the worst, or best, case scenario as a reason not to compromise. I talked to the victims of those cases. Turns out, they largely agree.
