For now, try not to clean using anything wet because it removes the tablet's coating!! I recommend using a dry towel and draw normally for a few days, that should make the screen easier to draw on!
Are you using something wet? Typically the tablet has friction-reducing coating so it's best to use a damp towel -occasionally- to reduce the amount of coating lost that way-
The oil from your hands also acts as lubricant, so the friction should mostly disappear after a few days of use!
