No. I haven't looked into the mechanics behind it at NUI level, but it's not the same name listed on the paper, so won't be the same examiner. Tolkien did the gig for all NUI colleges at the time in some subjects, but law appears to be different.

These figures are very preliminary, so will need to nail it all down, and add some extra layers before it adds up to much, but still was surprising to me.

If you exclude QUB, Trinity College was the most likely to have a British constitutional law question. UCG and UCD were tied for the next position. Still around about one third of all questions.

This is going to take like 4-5 years before it ever sees the light of day, but the preliminary figures suggest that UCC was the Irish university most likely to put an imperial law question on a law exam in the period 1922-1940.

Throw another 4 years on before that can be reset.
