@sixftjamie.bsky.social Good morning from the east! Misty's daughter is home, and my son is setting up a new household. I've already done a huge grocery shop, and have one more to do, and Misty has one too. And if there is time, I'll go get an X-ray for my dumb back. Even I can't ignore it anymore.

It's almost 6am, and that means that Boris (aka Bobo the large) has decided to invade my desk demanding attention. If my next post looks like "wefoijo3i4jgervwr," it wasn't me.

There is a feeling, right out of The Twilight Zone, when you make yourself a Japanese rice bowl of raviolis in red sauce, finish it, leave it on your desk, put your fork in the bowl and it balances perfectly on the edge of the bowl, and you're afraid to move it for fear of breaking the spell.
