I have some of those too. The great thing about DVDs is that Netflix etc can drop showing them but I can still watch them anytime

And I just looked at a bird book. I had misremembered the Great Crested Flycatcher as being yellow on the throat as well as the belly, in both adult & juvenile. That's how rusty I am

Thanks. Guess the procedure is just not meant for me. Luckily I'm getting back to just the pain I'm used to & can mostly manage.

However insomnia from nothing but thinking when I should be sleeping does happen way too often

In this case, it was knee pain following the failed implant procedure done Thursday. Followed by many bad thoughts so too much thinking was definitely a factor too.
