I stopped eating cheese and cut most dairy out of my diet. I actually feel much better. I loved good cheese but it didn't love me.

This reminds me of the CIA backed coup in Chile in the 70s when they installed Pinochet; Guatemala in the 50s ousting Arbenz and sending mercenaries to Nicaragua in the 80s. If it wasn't so tragic for the people involved it would be comical. Like, I want to get a bag of popcorn and watch.
