Nephew in Arizona, his wife has her married name on passport and her birth name is on birth certificate and they have the SAVE act there and she CANNOT vote.  IT’S COST $100 FOR BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND $100 FOR A MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE. BLATANTLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL POLL TAX.
