- As though realizing the discomfort he'd just caused, his knight quickly arose from his seat, the sudden change in weight causing the bed to bounce slightly. "We best get going then." He said it as though he was completely untrained in the art of deflection. An attempt. +

- No.. it wasn't pity. Not worry, or concern. Just.. sympathy. Just something uncomfortably warm. Too pleasant. Too much. +

- ".. he shouldn't have taken them away from you." Pity. He didn't need pity. As he said, that this was an earned fate. Besides, they'll be back. He would've said so if he wasn't caught by that gaze again. +
