Saw Project Hail Mary the other day and really liked it. The vibe felt familiar and I even mentioned to people it reminded me of The Martian. Turns out the book is by the same author xD go figure!

I want to cry. Back in Germany and immediately my train has at least a 35min delay because apparently there are trains in both directions on the same track and no one can tell us how much longer it will take... I just want to go home and sleeeep. 🫠

Of all the places I've been in Japan so far Osaka is the absolute worst to navigate, especially around Osaka station x'D I almost crashed out last night trying to find a Yoshinoya. Even Google maps got confused every 5 minutes...

What an amazing view this was *_* Worth all the stairs...

They play smooth Jazz at restaurants and places like that because it's supposed to be calm and pleasant background noise, right? Why do I find it incredibly distracting and annoying hghhh...

My family, who I'm playing tour guide for here in Japan, have somewhat unexpectedly become Kombini fiends! We're working our way through all the different drinks and snacks and I'm loving it!
