I'm not sure--today--how a Dem gets through our primary and wins a General. We gotta be better on the border; that'll piss off the DSAs We gotta tax the rich and go all-in on healthcare. That'll scare away the moderates Not sure which candidate can thread the needle. Not sure there is one.

It's going to take a brilliant mind to thread the needle for Dems in 2028. The candidate will need to embrace the left flank while still keeping moderates engaged. I think there are only 2 candidates who can pull it off: AOC and Pete. One is a woman, the other gay. History doesn't favor them.
