I’m not going to take a lecture on fiscal responsibility from war hawks or corporate politicians in Washington. For years, they’ve jacked up our debt sending American kids to fight in unnecessary wars we don't have to fight and handing tax giveaways to the rich and powerful.

Brought to you by a war we didn’t have to fight, chaotic tariffs, debt-fueled tax giveaways to the very top, and corruption.
Kyle GriffinBREAKING: WASHINGTON (AP) - The U.S. economy grew at an unexpectedly sluggish 1.5% pace from April through June.
We need to investigate what happened during the Iranian strike that killed 6 American servicemembers in Kuwait. I'm pushing with @warren.senate.gov & Rep. Pat Ryan to understand how our deployed troops were treated—and if they were failed.
Defense contractors that plow profits from public money into stock buybacks instead of research and development are ripping off the American people. I'll keep fighting to tackle this waste and abuse in our government for good.
I’ll be voting NO on Pete Hegseth’s $1.15 TRILLION defense bill. The House rejected my amendments to go at defense contractor price gouging and corrupt contracting, and this bill does nothing to put a stop to the reckless, deadly Iran War.
More Perfect UnionToday Pete Hegseth asked the Senate for an additional $87,600,000,000 for the Pentagon, claiming the Iran war means the military needs this money, despite their trillion dollar budget. Remember, the Pentagon has never passed an audit.
This summer, I’ve visited with local farmers and a butcher across Western PA feeling the squeeze from the growing meatpacking monopoly. @jayapal.house.gov, Rep. Ryan, and I are doing something about it.
Robert ReichReps. Pramila Jayapal, Chris Deluzio, and Pat Ryan have introduced a bill to break up meat monopolies. Good. Right now, 4 meat processing corporations control 80% of the market, allowing them to squeeze customers and farmers alike. Minimal competition means maximal price gouging.
