I’m not going to take a lecture on fiscal responsibility from war hawks or corporate politicians in Washington. For years, they’ve jacked up our debt sending American kids to fight in unnecessary wars we don't have to fight and handing tax giveaways to the rich and powerful.

Brought to you by a war we didn’t have to fight, chaotic tariffs, debt-fueled tax giveaways to the very top, and corruption.

More than 20,000 unaccompanied immigrant children—including hundreds of kids in PA—could lose their lawyers if a federal contract expires. I’m demanding answers for the 1000s of kids who could be denied their right to legal representation. No child should be left to defend themself in court alone.

Trump's chaotic tariffs have jacked up costs and weakened us globally.   We need a radically different and strategic approach alongside a fuller trade and industrial policy, because this is pounding our economy.

America used to do big things—we built the transcontinental railroad, we put a man on the moon, we electrified the nation, and more.

When I went to Moshannon with @repsummerlee.bsky.social, most people detained there were low-security and nonviolent. Warehousing immigrants—including my constituents—like this is a cruel waste of our public money.  Glad to see ICE backing down on building more detention centers in PA.

Today marks 17 years since the last time our federal government—and Pennsylvania—raised the minimum wage. Since then, health insurance costs 102% more. Housing costs 63% more. Groceries cost 57% more.

Promises made, promises broken.   Energy prices keep rising, and that’s after Donald Trump and his team have killed clean energy projects across the country.

American might and power used to mean something. Now, Donald Trump can't even keep the Strait of Hormuz open—something every President this century has been able to do—and we're all worse off because of it.

I’ll be voting NO on Pete Hegseth’s $1.15 TRILLION defense bill. The House rejected my amendments to go at defense contractor price gouging and corrupt contracting, and this bill does nothing to put a stop to the reckless, deadly Iran War.

House Republicans are trying to pull one over on the American people. Today, the GOP is forcing a vote on what they're calling an “insider trading” bill that DOES NOT ban congressional stock trading, and has SAVE Act-style voter suppression measures in it to sabotage mail-in voting.
