Not sure if satnavs have caught up with Oxford’s congestion charge - my brother was taken on an indirect route up Marston Ferry Road ‘to avoid congestion’. I’m not against the congestion charge, btw. But for those unfamilar with Oxford, it can be confusing

That reminds me that vistors to Oxford should know that satnav seems biased in favour of leading you through Congestion Charge areas. 3 recent visitors were diverted from ring road through city centre with dire financial consequences

i’ve just finished Barbara Kingsolver’s Prodigal Summer which takes a positive view of coyotes. I knew nothing about them and am delighted to see them playing.
