I have been working hard to reduce my A1C. Tonight I had a russet potato with some Greek yogurt, a 1/4 cup of Tex Mex cheese and some thingy sliced green onions, a Granny Smith apple and 1/4 cup of caramel dip along with 4 slices of sliced Swiss cheese. Yum.

Last night I deleted all the text messages I received from #johntrembley and blocked him from sending any more. I'm beginning to take myself back. I realized that he will not allow me to have closure but I can give it to myself. This is a very strong outcome for me.
