It seems like the Bolivian right is taking this opportunity to settle grievances by conducting an operation with the US like in Venezuela and Cuba. This should have all of the Americas (or at least 🇧🇷🇨🇦🇲🇽🇨🇴) talking seriously about security cooperation

Really seems less like *terrorism* as it’s usually conceived and more like part of the ongoing blowback of 1/4 of US mass shooters having military experience, with all that could entail (in this case, witnessing or committing war crimes)
