Thanks Lenny! I was always in it for the long term. We’ve got a one month exhibition in Dunblane for the wider membership this year, Gill has got us in as a listed organisation in the Highland Art Prize and we’ve a big exhibition in Stornaway next April / May! 😀 Hope all is good in Canada. x

Newsprint works well. Hold it in place and gently rub over with the palm of your hand. I think it would only risk smudging if you move the paper and particularly if you are using too much ink.

I definitely wouldn't sit on it.....always protect the evenness of the Lino surface so that you can roll the ink evenly. My top tip would be to blot work after each layer. Speeds up drying and prevents too much build up of ink on the print.
