It has always been my understanding that if you openly, repeatedly, and loudly defy court orders AND have an arrest warrant, you would be arrested. But somehow Bevin just keeps not getting arrested. I don't understand. Is this normal?
Joe Sonka 😐At the Jefferson County Family Court this morning, where former Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin has been required to show up in person for his hearing. If he does show up, he also has an active arrest warrant for contempt of court.
Truly sucks to see our Dem governor doing repeated full-court pro-Target stuff like this. Why is he doing this?
